HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed along with an order number. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking number to follow up your shipment.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for shipping based on your location and shipping method. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders will be dispatched either on the day or day after the order has been placed online.
Please note that we will do our best to ensure your items get to you on time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays due to external or unforeseen circumstances. International shipments might take longer than scheduled and may be held at customs in the destination country if additional taxes and duties are required. You may also track your shipment using the tracking number provided once your order has been dispatched.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ARRIVE?
If you purchased a pre-order item, the date that the item will be dispatched will be listed on the product page. All items will arrive to you within 3-7 business days after it has been dispatched depending on your location.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?
If your item has remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, is within its original packaging, and is within our two week return period, you can ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for all the information regarding returns.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your item remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, is within its original packaging, and is within our two week return period, you can ship it back to us for an exchange. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for all the information regarding your exchange.
D0 YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. We offer flat rate express shipping based on your location. You will be able to see shipping rates upon check out based on your location.
International shipments might take longer than scheduled and may be held at customs in the destination country if additional taxes and duties are required. You will typically be notified via the shipping company whether or not the package is being held and if any additional payments are required.
