SHIPPING

We ship globally and offer flat rate express shipping based on your location. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders will be dispatched either on the day or day after the order has been placed online. After the order has been dispatched, all shipments are scheduled to arrive to you within 3-7 business days depending on your location. We will try our best to get deliveries to you on time, but sometimes International deliveries can take longer than expected.

Please note that customs may hold your items in the destination country for longer if additional taxes and duties are required. Additional information on this below.

RETURNS

All orders placed can be returned for a refund or exchange within two weeks from date of purchase.

We can accept returns on any garments that are clean, unworn, and with its original packaging. We will not be able to accept your return if there are signs of wear.

To request a return or exchange, please submit a return request using our Returns Form.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If there is no exception with your return, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.

If you wish to exchange your item, please be sure to note which item you would like us to replace your returned item with. Do note that exchanges will also depend on availability of stock. If the item you would like is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

TAXES & DUTIES

The prices on our website do not include taxes, duties, or shipping.

Depending where you live, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes. In some countries, orders below a certain value may not be subject to duties. For all online orders — all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.

We are required to state the value of your order (i.e. the price) directly on your package. We cannot declare any package(s) as a “gift” to avoid paying extra fees.
